What is the fabric of UniformsWorld scrubs?
All UniformsWorld garments are made of comfortable, breathable and high quality fabrics such as polyester, cotton and nylon blends. The quality of the fabric ensures comfort and durability of wear.
Are UniformsWorld products waterproof or stain resistant?
Typically, UniformsWorld garments are not specifically waterproof or stain resistant styles. However, some of our fabrics may be waterproof or easy to clean to a certain degree, which you can find out about in our 309 TS™ Scrubs.
Are UniformsWorld products suitable for machine washing?
Yes, All UniformsWorld garments can be washed in the machine at low temperature. However, we recommend checking the washing instructions on the product label before washing to ensure the correct method of washing.
Do you offer nurse accessories along with nurse uniforms?
Yes, we provide a range of nurse accessories to complement our nurse uniforms. Our collection includes nurse caps, nurse socks, nurse underscrubs, and more. You can browse through the categories on our website and select the product that meets your needs.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Most in-stock items ship in 1 business day. Depending on the shipping method selected, your order should arrive in 5 – 10 business days.
Special notice will be given on the arrival time of pre-sale products.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order is simple and secure. Just select the color, size and quantity of the item(s) you would like to purchase and then click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button. The Shopping Bag page will display the items in your cart and will allow you to change the quantity of or remove items. You can then proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment by Discover, Visa, PayPal, ApplePay and MasterCard.
We will charge for the processed in-stock items, plus the entire amount of shipping and handling costs.
Can I buy nurses' uniforms without registering an account?
Yes, you can choose to purchase nurse products as a "guest", but we recommend that you sign up for an account so that you can easily track your current orders and view your shopping history. With an account, you'll also be the first to be notified of new products and promotions as they become available.
How can I confirm that my order has been successfully placed?

Is there a way to amend an order that has already been placed?
If you need to amend an order you have already placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be amended.
Can I purchase a set of clothes and pants in different colors?
Yes, we support our customers' special requests. If you wish to buy a set of clothes and pants in different colors, please specify your requirements in the order notes during checkout. For example, "I would like the top in blue and the pants in green." We will do our best to accommodate your request and prepare the corresponding color combination for you.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK?
On occasion, demand for a product will exceed the quantity in stock. If this is the case, you will see a message about availability when you hit the “Add to Shopping Bag” button. In addition, if you order an item that is currently out of stock, we will notify you by email that the product is backordered and when it is expected. We will usually give you the option of replacing the item with a different one (i.e., a different color).

If you find that the size isn‘t suitable or you don't like the scrubs after receiving them, we can offer you a return or exchange service. Please contact our customer service team within a week of receiving your goods for more details on our Refund And Return Policy.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?
On rare occasions, a product can have a defect that we did not detect or that becomes apparent during use. If you find any quality problems or defects in the nurse uniforms you received, please contact our customer service team immediately with relevant photos and order information. We will resolve the issue for you ASAP.
