At Uniform World we pride ourselves on our quality control and service, and in case you do wish to return anything, we kindly ask that you return it to us in its original condition.

Returning items to us is easy. The prerequisites Returned items must fulfil the following conditions:

Clothing must be returned within 14 days of delivery, any returns received after this period are at the sole discretion of Uniform World and we will charge a 50% late return fee based on the selling price of the product. Once the 30 days have passed, we will not process the return request.

Attention:
- Products must be in new, unworn condition with garment tags attached, returned to us folded and in their original packaging.
- Specials, customised or products clearly marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
- All returned garments must be in a condition suitable for resale, any returned garments that we deem unsuitable may be refused a refund.
- Freebies in returned parcels can be retained and do not need to be returned.

 


START TO RETURN:

Please see here for the returns process for the UK and Germany in 4 easy steps:


1. Initiate a request through our Returns Centre.
- Enter the full order number, e.g. #1234eu and the email address you used to make the purchase (please note it is case sensitive)
- Fill out the return form. Please select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return, and upload relevant pictures/videos.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
- Please choose your shipping method, such as Royal Mail or DPD.

Attention:
Wait for the official official processing of the request, which usually takes 3-5 working days.
If you do not receive an approval after this time, please contact us.

2. Prepare your parcel
Once the return request has been approved, you will receive an email notification with a shipping label, follow the instructions in the email to return the item to our designated address using the original packaging it arrived in.

Attention:
Return labels are valid for 7 business days and will be automatically cancelled after that time, so please complete the return of your package as soon as possible.
Before sealing the parcel, please ensure that the item is in its original, unused condition with full tags and packaging attached.


3. Send - by post or courier
Please send returned items. You can send the parcel back to us via one of our supported shipping methods or your own courier service. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery so that you can track your parcel. Once we receive your returned item, we will process it and arrange a refund or exchange depending on your choice.

Attention:
Our self-service Returns Assistant service is currently only supported in the UK and Germany for the time being, for customers in other European countries who have other product issues and need to request a return or exchange, please contact us! We will give the most reasonable solution according to the situation.

*The return label fee is €5 per order, which will be deducted from the customer's refund.

 


READY TO EXCHANGE:


1.Please follow the above return process instructions to return the item to our local warehouse.

2. Contact us via email at info@uniforms-world-eu.com and submit the style/colour/size that the customer would like to change.

3. Our customer service team will generate a corresponding exchange order and send it to the customer's email address according to the customer's exchange needs.

4. Once the customer completes the payment of the shipping fee, a new confirmation order will be automatically generated to the customer's email address.

5. We will arrange the shipment of the exchange order for you as soon as we receive your payment, and the logistics information of the order will also be automatically synchronised to the customer's email.

All exchange orders need to place a new order to pay for their exchange fee (including €9.99 base shipping fee and €5 return label fee, but not including the product fee)

* If you have purchased our shipping protection service at the time of your initial order, you will be entitled to our free exchange service (shipping protection service is currently only available in the UK and Germany)
* If you have purchased transport protection services in other European countries, please contact us and we will provide you with the most reasonable solution for your situation.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Customers have 1 day to cancel an order after placing it, and they will receive a full refund if they cancel within this 1-day period. The refund will take 1 business day to process and appear in the customer's account.

  • Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled until the customer receives the package and submits a return request. The refund, which will take up to 10 business days to process, will be issued to the customer's account, with the shipping fee being the customer's responsibility.

Free Shipping Label Eligibility

Customers can receive a free shipping label or full refund if they receive a product with quality issues, such as damage, stains, or design errors. If the customer receives the wrong product, such as the wrong style, size, or color, they can also apply for a free shipping label.

 


We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Currently, our online Returns Centre only supports returns and exchanges for customers in the UK and Germany. If customers in other European countries encounter other product problems and need to apply for a return or exchange, please contact us! We will give the most reasonable solution according to the situation.

The returned product must be brand new and undamaged, unwashed and unaltered, and labeled in its original saleable condition. Your full refund will be issued after the goods have arrived at Uniforms World and are inspected by the team.

Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee.

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
